Budget Haus in Alcoy

The house is located around 400 m from the National Highway in Cangcaya hill Poblacion Alcoy. It is overlooking and along the Barangay road. Nobody can build a house in front of you and block the beautiful view to Bohol.
After 5 years we refurbished the whole house and now it is looking like new. The living area is 94 sqm inside and 34 sqm terrace on 2 levels. On the first floor there is only the kitchen and 1 terrace. In the second floor you find 2 sleeping rooms, 2 CR and the living room. One of the terraces is reachable from the sleeping room, the other one from the living room, both with awesome view. The lot is 400 sqm.
The house is not furnished.
There is no air-condition installed because you have the whole year long a nice breeze from the sea. The water supply is excellent but because of safety reasons we installed a 1000 litre tank and a pressure pump in the stock room (11 sqm-so enough space). In the master CR there is hot and cold water supply. In the guest CR only cold water but the connections for a water heater are already there. Because of the overlooking location and the short distance to the cell tower of SMART and GLOBE you have good internet access.
In the neighbourhood there are 10 houses all occupied from Europeans, most of them are Germans. By the way Alcoy is called here the German City, because most of the foreigners are Germans, Austrians and Swiss.
The next market is in Dalaguete (you cannot count the market in Alcoy) which is about 8 km away, easy to reach by car, bus, jeepney or tricycle. In Dalaguete you can find everything. In the Eurobread shop you get German bread, Sausages, Italian wine,....everything an European needs. There is also Ravens bar, a meeting point of all foreigners from different countries living in the South of Cebu Island.
For divers there are beautiful spots from Argao via Dalaguete, Alcoy to Bolojon and it is only a short ride to Bohol. You find 5 diving schools in the region.
